More than 400 employees work at the headquarters in Melle near Osnabrück. Founded in 1939, the company manufactures around 2,500 parts a day in one of the most modern office furniture production facilities in Europe and achieved a turnover of 150 million Euros in 2023. 

Dirk and Karla Aßmann are the third and fourth generation to run the family business.
